I'll start off with the fact that I'm inspired by the way that you think.
How you perservere through every struggle, you never fumble, I’m infatuated with your strength.
Like that of a stampede, you’re unstoppable Daddy and I'm in the passenger seat, guaranteed. 180, you and me.
You’ve unkcked a softness in me that I was sure had already turned to stone, thank you. Thank you for making me feel safe,
Something that you don’t know is that, I've always felt alone.
I give you my submission because I respect your direction -an achievement that very little can claim- that is impressive.
And so, making you proud is persuasive because I find peace in your praises.
It is my pleasure to ensure that they don't come and go like the moon’s phases.
I can hear the devotion that you have for your children when you speak, it sits in your throat.
That is something that I seek, is it alright if I gloat? I can’t help but feel provoked, because there are many admirable things about you that I dont even think you know.
Like how you motivate me to stay on my toes, no matter the obstacle you keep me focused on my goals.
You told me a quote once, “remember that hope is a powerful weapon, even when all is lost" by Nelson Mandela.
This exudes from you in the way that you believe in yourself so now I’m holding on to hope.
I hope that you’ll receive me, and I hope that you’ll hold me close.
